Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
Disable user accounts.

Crowned & Called is a faith-based nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All purchases, registrations, and donations directly support our charitable mission, programs, and community outreach.

Please review the following policy carefully before completing a transaction.

1. Donations

All donations made to Crowned & Called are final and non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated to support our programs, services, and community initiatives.

If a donation was made in error (for example, duplicate transactions or incorrect amounts), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction so we may review the request.

2. Event Registrations, Programs, and Retreats

Event & Program Fees

Registration fees for events, retreats, workshops, Bible studies, and programs are non-refundable, as costs are incurred in advance to secure venues, materials, facilitators, and accommodations.

However:

Registrations may be transferable to another individual with prior written approval.
In limited circumstances, credits may be issued at the organization’s discretion for future events.

3. Merchandise Sales

If Crowned & Called offers physical merchandise (such as apparel or promotional items), returns are accepted only if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
The item is defective or incorrect

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

4. Digital Products

All digital products (including downloads, PDFs, virtual content, or online resources) are non-refundable once access has been granted.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider. Crowned & Called is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party processors.

6. How to Request a Return or Refund
